Payment Policy:
    Payments can be made in two installments.  First installments are due the week prior to the beginning of the session.  You may make your payments in two installments.  The second installment is due the fourth week of the session.  Please see the front desk for specific payment due dates.  We accept: Mastercard, VISA, American Express, and Debit Cards.  If a payment is not received by the specified due date, your child may not be let in class and their spot may be given to another child.  If special payment arrangements need to be made, we are happy to accommodate you, just call our office staff at (909) 483-8161.  Thank you.

 

Automatic Payment:

    Never be late with your tuition again!  Sign up for our automatic payment option.  It's easy- give the front desk your credit or debit card information and we will automatically charge your card (whether you choose to pay in two installments or one).

    These dates represent our billing cycles.  If you would like to enroll your child in a class you don't need to wait until next session!  We will pro-rate your tuition based on how many weeks are left in that particular session.  If you have any questions, do not hesitate to call us at (909) 483-8161.

*You are entitled to a make up class for any day we are closed, unless otherwise noted.  Makeup classes MUST be scheduled with the office.
 
  
  
Registration Fee: 
This fee pays insurance for your child to be out on our floor during class time and open workout.  Our goal is to provide the best we can for your child and we feel our choice of insurance companies reflects this.  Insurance is purchased for one year for your child, so we must charge this fee annually.  Should you drop classes for a month (or more) and then return within 12 months of paying your original registration fee, you will not be required to pay a registration fee until the quarter containing your original 1 year anniversary date. 
  
Make Ups and Class Changes: 
If you are doing make-up, or have changed classes, you must schedule this at the front desk and pick up the appropriate slip at the front desk before entering class.
        
Make-Ups: 
    -Students must be currently enrolled (and paid for) in order to do make up classes.
    -You must make an appointment in order to do a make-up. Please call the front desk. You have 8 weeks from the day you miss to complete the make-up class.
    -Make up classes are limited to availability. 
    -If you are going to miss a class or take a leave of absence, please let the front office know.  This will help keep your account accurate.
 
Private Lessons: 
Private lessons are to be paid for in BEFORE the lesson begins.  You may pay each day before the lesson or pay for a number of lessons in advance.
 
Things to Remember:
    -Tuition Due dates will be posted on Lime Green Paper.
    -If a particular class is full or closed you may ask to be put on a waiting list. 
    -If changing class time or day please let the front office know before the new session begins. Thank you!
